Lets have a look at the time line
March 2007... Atlanta trades Matt Schaub to Houston. Atlanta Recieves 1st(8th overall) and 2nd round picks in 2007 and 2 round pick in 2008... Houston Recieves 1st round pick (10th overall) in 2007 and Matt Schaub
April 2007... Michael Vick under investigation for Dog Fighting and a host over other charges... He'll never play another snap as a Falcons QB.
2007 Draft Atlanta gets Jamaal Anderson(an otherwise bust but steady backup) and Justin Blalock (Current Starting LG) with Houstons pick's... Houston gets Amobi Okoye(Starting DT) with Atlanta's Pick
2008 Draft Atlanta Drafts Matt Ryan to fill in whole at QB, and with Houston's Pick draft Current Starting MLB Curtis Loftin.
Fast Forward to 2010. Vick is back with Philly (7-4) and Schaub still in Houston (5-6)... But Atlanta built a team around their draft and sits at 9-2. While they had to endure a few HORRIBLE years. In the end, I think judging between the 2 teams tonight... I think Neither is the big winner here.
