Lebron James goes back to Cleveland tomorrow (12/2), how will he be recieved? From everything I can see, he'll be everything but shot! Is it wrong? YES! What did Lebron do to Cleveland? He signed a long-term contract... Fulfilled it... and then went to a place where he thought he had a better chance to win a championship. Let's say Mr. James worked in the Textile Industry: How much would you blame him for fulfilling his duty at his job and looking for a better place to work? None! We all do it every day. He didn't demand a trade like Carmello Anthony... Did he become a pain to play with? No!!! He played every game in Cleveland like he was supposed to, and gave them the best shot to win a championship. If anyone should be angry, it should be Lebron for Cleveland not giving him the supporting cast to take him all the way.
And for people thinking I'm a Lebron 'Lover'... I've hoped he would fail every time he played, since I first saw him in 2003 in the McDonalds All-American game. For some reason, I feel he's just too good to play with the other mere mortals in the NBA.

I'm Disappointed by Cleveland Fans...They acted exactly how I expected. Lebron is having a 'Ok' night for Lebron Standards. 14 points in the first half is something most Player would love to have consistantly
ReplyDeleteI agree with you to a point but team loyalty should mean something. It doesn't these days. What if it was a former Braves player, say Tom Glavine, and he decided to go to a division rival, the Mets for example.
ReplyDeleteI think Loyalty should count for something. But LeBron didn't go to a hated Rival. If Tom Glavine would've gone to Kansas City, Chicago or San Diego he wouldn't have been nearly as hated. LeBron went to play of a team that wasn't a huge Cavalier rival.
